2 cups warm water
1 tablespoon yeast
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
5 1/2 cups bread flour
Dissolve yeast in warm water and sugar in large bowl let sit for about 10 minutes.
Add salt, oil, and half the flour and mix it well I use my hands it seems to blend
together faster that way.Then add the rest of the flour and mix again till all the flour
is mixed well into the dough .
Knead until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes.
Place in oiled bowl, turn dough to coat all sides let sit until doubled in size.
Punch down and divide into 4 pieces.
Shape dough into 4 loaves.
Grease and sprinkle with cornmeal on a baking pan .
Place loaves on pan and cut the top of each loaf then let sit until doubled.
Then Bake at 365 degrees for about 25 minutes or until Golden brown.
You could make 2 larger loafs but 4 smaller loafs fit better in my pans :)
